Account & Data Deletion
If you would like to delete your Zuver account (developer: GREEN WOOD LT, UAB, Bundle ID: eu.zuver.client, eu.zuver.driver), please follow the instructions below.
Option 1 — From the app
- Open the Zuver Client or Zuver Driver app
- Go to Menu → Profile
- Tap «Delete account»
- Confirm the action
Option 2 — Via email
Write to [email protected] with the subject line «Delete Account» and include the email address or phone number associated with your account.
Data that will be deleted
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Saved addresses and favorites
- Uploaded photos of your vehicle
- Chat history with drivers / customers
- Payment method tokens (card details are not stored by Zuver — only Decta payment-gateway tokens)
Data retained by law
- Completed order records — kept for 5 years (accounting requirement under Latvian law)
- Anonymized analytics data (no personal identifiers)
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been removed.
